Aquatic Therapy Offered at our Blue Island, Hazel Crest, and Tinley Park locations, aquatic therapy is practiced within a water-filled pool, with or without the use of a treadmill. The buoyancy, support and accommodating resistance of water enhances for progressive rehabilitation. Warm therapy prompts muscle relaxation, facilitates stretching and reduces the sensation of pain. |
