Physical Therapy

A physical therapist initially evaluates each patient to identify existing symptoms and potential concerns. A plan of care is developed according to the patient's needs.  The plan may include one or more of the following: therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual therapy, modalities, and home exercise programs. The therapist may also fabricate and apply assistive, adaptive, supportive, and protective devices to assist the patient.
